We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, perfume, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Sale, discounted, and final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
